I bought the combo mouth tape and nasal strips - I would give 5 stars except for the nasal strips not sticking overnight (every morning I wake up and they are off -- I will just go back to breathe right strips that stay put all night long). But the mouth tape is amazing. Holds firm and comes off in the morning without taking my skin with it. I have HANDS DOWN gotten the best sleep in the last week that I've been using the mouth tape. I thought I would be all freaked out taping my mouth shut - not even a little, SUPER comfortable!!

I have a history of a deviated septum and seem to never be able to breathe out of my nose. The nasal strip completely opens up my nasal passages allowing me to breathe comfortably. In combination with the mouth tape which helps me not sleep with an open mouth, prevents me having a dry cotton mouth in the morning! 10/10 would recommend!

As someone who doesn't typically use micropore tape, when I read all the claims, I was skeptical, to say the least. However, after giving it a try, I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by its performance.
The materials used are incredibly soft and it even applied right over my facial hair. It helped me get a good night's sleep by reducing my jaw clicking habit, allowing me to wake up feeling more rested. It held firmly in place throughout the night, ensuring uninterrupted sleep.
I was also worried I would have trouble breathing, but in my case I was still able to get plenty of air, though you may want to consider deliberately breathing through your nose if you don't already, just for the additional health benefits.
One of the things that impressed me the most is its pain-free removal. I think everyone has had to "rip off a band-aid" or adhesive at least once in their life, and it's not fun. So naturally, I was concerned about pulling off this tape, especially since I have facial hair, but it came off smoothly.
While I can't speak for this products long-term effects and my issue might differ from others, for a first-time user like me, it definitely left a positive impression.

I love the size and shape of the mouth tape as it perfectly conforms to the shape of my lips and I really like how strong the adhesive is. I have used other mouth tapes prior and they would always peel off in the middle of the night as I toss and turn frequently and I like to wear a lip mask before bed. Even with a lip mask on, this mouth tape stays on through out the night. I would highly recommend this mouth tape for anyone wants to prevent signs of aging and or snoring through the night.
My expectations have been surpassed by Hypnos mouth tape. Among the best lip tapes available is definitely this one. The adhesive was strong enough to stay on comfortably all night without irritating my skin, and its subtle aroma didn't overpower me. I wasn't sure whether there would be any sticky residue when I pulled it off when I initially put it on. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tape's adhesive did not adhere to my skin or lips, and removing it was not too uncomfortable. Regarding the product's effectiveness, it is helpful if you frequently find yourself sleeping with your mouth open. You are undoubtedly forced to breathe through your nose.

I was a bit skeptical at the concept of a mouth tape, but as someone who struggles with falling asleep and staying asleep, I figured it was worth a shot. The Hypnos tape is strong enough to stick all night, and though there is a slight chemical smell at first, it quickly fades. I didn't have any issues taking it off in the morning, but I could see that being different if I had very sensitive skin. It's definitely an effective way to help you breathe through your nose and have a more effective night's sleep.
Got these because of the cute color and to match my pink mouth tape. I hate the other plastic nasal strips because they’re too rough on my sensitive skin and just bulky. These looked like a better material for a strong yet gentle fit on my nose, and it definitely delivered just that! They have a soft felt material on top. Love em!

I usually can’t get to the deep sleep state like the partner but this tape helped me get to a deep sleep and stay asleep. I really can’t complain about the size and durability of the tape. It is sticky enough to hold through the night but not too sticky where I can’t pull it off. Very safe to use. Left no residue when I pulled it off next morning which was a plus. Must buy if you have issues sleeping like I do
Out of all the nasal strips out there, these work the best. They stick better through the night , they remove easily and don't pull your skin. I breathe so much better through the night 10/10
